Today we held the first PUFFY cup...fishing tournament.

The photo is obviously Ami.
Since it was her birthday, the other day Ami got a fishing rod that was specially made with "Bring it!" colors.

Participating in the tournament was...
Yusuke Fujita, guitarist, from the PUFFY band.
He's also a fishing mania and brought his own fishing rod.

Band master, Kinoshita Senpai also joined us.
Looks like he knows what he's doing but...today was only his 3rd time.
Seems like he caught huge fish the 1st, 2nd time and is now starting to love fishing.

Not at an age to make excuses anymore
so I'm not gonna say "I'm not around 40 yet" instead I'll say
I want to be a sparkling women "around 40"
that can go and get the item on sale before it's all gone (LOL).

Today was a day full of interviews and meetings.

And we celebrated Ami-san's birthday a little early.

the reason I haven't written was cause
summer vacation is over and my daughter and I are
trying to get back on schedule.

we're still a little spaced out from summer vacation.

AmiYumi and Tamio-sensei also commented.

It'll be a luxurious moment...

This year, Sea is also Halloween!
When should I go.

On Sept 19 (Sat) from 26:25 to 28:35, TV Asashi will broadcast a show called "SUMMER SONIC '09 final episode".

Not sure if PUFFY's footage will be onair but just wanted to let you know.

Was talking to the band master, Kinoshita-san, dreaming about the future for Puffy.

The tour just finished but we kept talking on & on about the next tour and what we can do.

...It's really thanks to you guys supporting PUFFY AMIYUMI that we're able to do what we do. So thankful.
And it's great to be able to talk to you about our dreams like this.

The tour ended and you won't see AmiYumi around as much but we're in discussion about upcoming projects so hope you look forward to the new stuff.

Yumi had the FACTORY taping. It's been a while since she was last in the studio with Tanihara-san. It's always very comforting to see the same faces.
So here's a shot in the car on our way home. Her injury seems...ok. She wasn't wearing the corset today.

It was a 20 mins. performance and we were the first on stage so we gave it our all! Did you guys have fun?

Yesterday was MTV's SING OUT "Utaouze" event at SHIBUYA-AX!

Damaged her ribs.

More than just a crack but less than a broken bone.

The reason is...

While she was driving,
she tried to reach for something in the backseat and
hit her chest in the headrest.

According to Yumi,
"Ummm, I felt something was hurting
but thought it was just my body going thru adolescent changes
so I left it alone for a while.
Then the pain didn't disappear
and I realized it wasn't puberty (LOL)
so I finally went to the hospital
and I was told it's cracked.
How embarassing."

If you wanna talk about embarassing,
it's the fact that she even thought the pain was puberty(LOL).

But,
She is totally happy like always
so no need to worry.

BTW, Ami is sensory sensitive.

It's getting totally cold.
Not sure what to wear in this weather.

So yesterday I spoke to Yumi-chan twice
but since there was so much to talk about
we both forgot about the "akasuri".

Today is MTV SING OUT's "Utaoze!", which is
and event with a bunch of other artists.
Like the weather (Tokyo is cloudy), I'm feeling kinda morbid but
since we're performing today I'm gonna make myself happy chirpy and make myself get out of the Tojitive mode.
What should I wear today?

Oh yeah,
The Anko's hair style special is officially over too
cause it's getting cold and I don't need to put my hair up anymore.
THere was a style I really liked
but I didn't have the chance to take a picture.

Anyway, while we wait to perform today,
I'm gonna finish reading the book I started and work on my
"Tomodachi Collection".

Haven't written about my daughter in a while...
I realized that she's really good at playing PuyoPuyo.
She can even beat adults playing seriously.
I was really good too but...
seeing her finding all the little secrets made me think,
"That's my girl!!"

"The secret trick is to erase is all!!"
"Mom, in this area you have to save and clear small links."
"You should think about linking properly"

etc, etc...seeing my daughter get better everyday
makes me watch her with squited eyes.
She's probably gonna be better
at fishing one of these days (LOL)!

We're gonna be performing at SHIBUYA-AX for MTV's event!!

This will be the second year for us to perform at MTV's event, and we're so happy to be invited back cause we get to work with alot of great artists/muscians again.
